On Tuesday, June 10th, we rented out the venue for a first: <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/sadboisimon\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sadboi Simon<\/a><\/strong>, a Normandy-based artist who has been living in Remiremont for some time, presented his new set in an intimate circle, in the soft shadow of soundcheck and songs still alive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A rehearsal-like concert, halfway between practice and confession. Not quite a stage, not quite a living room, but somewhere in between. A rare opportunity to hear the music just before it hits the road.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sadboi Simon is the solo project of <strong>Simon Delguste<\/strong>. His world blends indie rock, dream pop, and lo-fi, driven by synthetic sounds and introspective lyrics. He gently addresses themes like loneliness, generational anxiety, and the passage of time, drawing inspiration from Anglo-Saxon indie rock (2005\u20132015), bedroom pop, and synthpop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After several years devoted to writing and production, he revealed his songs in guitar-and-voice format, accompanied by samples and <strong>self-made projected videos<\/strong>, for a live set of about an hour.
