With The Loophole, Ganjak delivers his first solo album of abstract hip-hop, experienced like a film. More than just a record, it’s an immersion into a fantasized era, a chiaroscuro world where smoky jazz, nighttime alleys, weary gangsters, and lost figures intersect. There’s no easy nostalgia here: Ganjak doesn’t look back, he builds a universe of images, textures, and atmospheres.

By nature conceptual, The Loophole creates a unique bridge between 1930s jazz, strongly cinematic moods, and the raw backbone of New York boom bap. Each track acts like a scene, allowing the listener to move freely through this dense, coherent soundscape. Listening to the album almost evokes an imaginary prequel to Gazoline’s A Journey Into the Abstract Hip Hop, approaching hip-hop primarily as a sensory experience.

Fully produced and mixed by Ganjak, The Loophole, released on January 11, 2026, stands as a work to be experienced in one sitting, like a film whose atmosphere lingers long after the credits roll.
